The LaSalle Public Library's Local History Room holds a vast collection of resources available for public viewing. All items are for in-library use only.
Resources
Our local history collection consists of many valuable resources, including LaSalle newspapers on microfilm and CD dating back as early as 1852, city directories, plat maps, town and county histories, cemetery records, photographs, school yearbooks, census records, military records, city council proceedings, and much more.

The LaSalle Public Library displays a selection of historical Westclox timepieces from throughout the decades. They are located in the Adult Biography Room.
